To get ... money, fame, position, accolades & honors, sex, advantage, and more.

God has no need of anything which humans covet. God is a spirit and complete in Himself.
|

To avoid ... consequences, punishment, embarrassment, expense, loss of any kind, responsibility, and more.
|
God has nothing to lose, no matter what goes on here.
|
|
Out of fear of one kind or another.
|
God has no fears.
|
|
To injure, punish, ridicule, embarrass, humiliate, destroy another's reputation, cause someone a loss, and more.
|
God can do whatever He wants anyway. He has no need to inflict bad things on people. Other humans and
Satan and his minions will heap all the negatives they can on you without prodding from God who loves you.

From a motive of hatred.
|
God is Love.
|
|
To protect someone from the truth by concealing or withholding information.
Protecting their feelings. We call it a "white" lie.
|
God is truth. God wants every human to know the truth regardless of how they feel about it.
|
|
To protect someone from physical danger or death. Dutch Christians hid Jews during World War II and lied to
the Nazi's seeking to send the Jews to death camps. This kind of lie is fully justified. This kind of faleshood
is consistent with the command to love your neighbor as yourself. It is not in violation of the command against
giving false witness against an accused.

God can protect anything or anyone He so chooses. However, God is concerned with your spirit rather than
your body ... your real self, not the vessel in which you reside. Every human must die, but only once.
Many there are who will die a second, and final, time when the end comes.
