Among Satan's greatest triumphs in the modern era is having induced a high level of self-hatred in the western world's leftists. Hatred of their own undeserved wealth and living standard. Hatred of the nations to which they belong; despising the manifold benefits poured out upon the populace therein and beyond their borders. Hatred of a cultural system which rewards diligence, effort, and honest forthrightness in thinking and speech. Hatred even for the community of Christians without whom the leftists would have no forum of freedom in which to castigate the same. He has even convinced them that he is a myth who does not actually exist, and that their positions and causes are justified by their own moral superiority in which they wholeheartedly believe.
