Documents relating to Samuel C. Hepburn's service in the Nichols Brigade from Louisiana, Army of Northern Virginia, at Lynchburgh, Virginia.
He served from January 1863 until released from Military Prison in June 1865 after the surrender of
Gen. robert E. Lee to Ulysses Grant at Appomattox Courthouse, Virginia.
