In the 21st Annual Siesta Sandsculpting Contest held on the beach at Siesta Key, Sarasota County, Florida, the winning entry in the humorous category was this enormous sand elephant titled "I've Fallen and I Can't Get Up". Reported in the Pelican Press issue 1993 May 06.
