This is the back panel of an airbill form for shipping by Federal Express. The cartoon elephant has a large "don't forget" string, or rope in an elephant's case, tied around its trunk as a reminder to fill in all the important information on the front of the airbill. The elephant des nothing to promote FedEx services but it serves customers. Elephants never forget so don't you forget either.
