The ad is selling animal motif jewelry to the trade. They chose to symbolize their Silver Safari line with ELEPHANTS rather than lions or rhinos for the likely reason that elephants are the most appealing large wildlife and probably most people's image of an African safari is on elephant back rather than motor vehicle.

This black and white display ad ran on page 30 in the trade magazine Souvenirs, Gifts & Novelties issue of September/October 1997.
