About this Library

The L. E. Funt Memorial Library with museum, annex, and birthplace cabin, is named for Dr. Llewellyn Everest Funt who invented the time machine used by his great grandchildren Ellie and Ollie Funt to travel through time.

Dr. Funt disappeared many years ago when he made a time trip to who knows when and never returned. It is assumed he expired long since but time being what it is, he may still be bouncing around somewhen in the cosmos.

If this narrative strains your credibility do not be dismayed.  No one else believes it either. Nonetheless, all the information contained in the Library is factual and verifiable unless otherwise noted.
