The small gray drawing is a human brain seen from above.
An elephant's brain is about four times as large as a human's. However, on a pound for pound
basis, our brains are a higher percentage of our body weight than an elephant's brain is of
his. But make no mistake. They are intelligent animals capable of learning and even solving
problems.
Elephants are among the few animals which exhibit self awareness when viewing a reflection of themselves.
